Shipping & Returns
At Pottery Mountain we take great pride in the quality and craftmanship of our products.
All items are handmade specially for you. I am often traveling to craft shows to sell my work so I may not be in the studio to create your item immediately. Therefore, please allow 3-4 weeks for orders to be processed, created, and shipped.
If express processing is needed, please contact me before ordering to ensure I can meet your needs.
If you are dissatisfied with a product, I gladly accept exchanges for store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Special order items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
What if my item is damaged?
I take great care in packaging, but if damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. In the event of damage as a result of shipping, simply contact me and e-mail a photo of the damaged item within 2 days of receipt, notify the post office, and save the package as the PO may want to see it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All pieces are microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. They're decorative and fully functional!
